A growing and highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm in Houston is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 3–10 years of experience to join its dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients through every stage of the legal process.

The firm handles a broad range of high-value personal injury matters and is looking for a motivated litigator who is confident managing cases independently while also collaborating with a strong support team.

Practice Areas Include

• Motor vehicle accidents

• Catastrophic injury claims

• Premises liability

• Trucking and commercial vehicle litigation

• Wrongful death matters

• Insurance disputes and demand negotiations

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands

• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances

• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel

• Develop litigation strategy and prepare cases for trial

• Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients throughout the process

• Work closely with support staff, experts, and medical providers

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar

• Strong case management and litigation skills

• Deposition and mediation experience preferred

• Trial experience or trial preparation experience is highly valued

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacy abilities

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively

• Highly motivated, organized, and client-focused

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and contingency incentives

• Total compensation potential ranging from approximately $140,000 to $275,000+ depending on experience, litigation background, and production
