Real Estate Transactional Attorney

A well-regarded and growing law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working on sophisticated deals, values collaboration, and is looking for long-term growth within a high-quality platform. The firm offers hybrid flexibility, with the potential for a mix of in-office and remote work depending on experience and fit.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
• Support and lead deal execution from initial structuring through closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, operating agreements, and related transactional documents
• Collaborate with corporate and M&A teams on asset and entity-level transactions
• Manage due diligence, coordinate with lenders and third parties, and help drive efficient closings
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing practical, business-oriented guidance

What We’re Looking For

• Active attorney in good standing
• 3+ years of transactional experience
• Background in commercial real estate required; corporate and/or M&A experience is a strong plus
• Experience handling deals independently or with increasing responsibility
• A deal sheet demonstrating transaction experience is highly preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
