Location: Northern Virginia Area & Richmond Area
Experience: 2+ years (Estate Administration or Civil Litigation)
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000

Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking an attorney to develop a specialized practice in fiduciary litigation. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in estate administration or civil litigation who is eager to expand their expertise and build a long-term career in a growing niche.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle fiduciary litigation matters, including disputes involving trusts, estates, and fiduciary duties
• Work closely with experienced partners and receive mentorship in fiduciary litigation
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to manage cases efficiently
• Develop expertise in estate administration and/or civil litigation as needed

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in estate administration or civil litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop a niche practice area
• Licensed to practice in Virginia
