🚀 Position Summary
A well-established and busy law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least five (5) years of experience to join its dynamic litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while handling a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer ✍️, strategic thinker 🧠, and confident advocate ⚔️ who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
🧑⚖️ What You’ll Do
Handle all phases of litigation, including trial prep and trial work 🎯
Manage an active caseload, with a focus on federal court matters
Represent insurance defense clients, including:
🏫 School districts & board members
🏛️ Municipalities & council members
⚙️ Governmental authorities & boards
Handle commercial litigation matters for corporate clients, including:
State & federal court cases
Mediation & arbitration proceedings 🤝
✅ What You Bring
Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience
Strong federal court experience ⚖️
Background in insurance defense, including:
EEOC matters
Section 1983 & civil rights claims
Governmental entity representation
School Code & general liability matters
Proven ability to:
Take and defend depositions 🎤
Manage complex discovery 📂
Support and participate in trial work (jury & non-jury)
Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania

Competitive base salary: $125K–$135K 💰
