Probate & Estate Planning Attorney | Palm Beach, FL

A well-established and respected law firm in Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Probate & Estate Planning Attorney to join its trusts and estates practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys advising clients on estate planning and guiding families through probate and trust administration in a high-quality, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related documents
  • Handle probate and trust administration matters from opening through closing
  • Prepare and review pleadings, petitions, accounting, and court filings related to probate and guardianship matters
  • Work directly with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and financial advisors to ensure efficient administration and compliance
  • Assist with estate and trust funding, asset transfers, and post-death planning issues
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida Bar member in good standing
  • Prior experience in probate and trust administration required
  • Experience with F.S. 706 and/or 709 filings strongly preferred
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and client communication skills
  • Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to team-oriented practice
  • Detail-oriented, client-focused approach to legal service
