gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with our client to identify a Litigation Attorney (3–6 Years) to join a busy and growing litigation practice in Phoenix, Arizona.

Position: Litigation Attorney (3–6 Years)

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level litigator to step into a highly active practice with immediate responsibility and consistent case flow. The position offers exposure to a variety of civil litigation matters, with the ability to manage cases from early stages through resolution.

Attorneys in this role will work closely with experienced partners while maintaining ownership over their own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial preparation
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and case strategy development
• Appear in court for hearings and proceedings
• Manage a busy and varied litigation docket
• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex matters

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of litigation experience
• Strong experience with disclosures, discovery, motion practice, and depositions
• Experience with court appearances and trial preparation
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• JD + Arizona Bar admission (or ability to waive in)

• 1600 billable hour requirement for bonus eligibility
