Family Law Associate Attorney – Hybrid Opportunity

GPAC, a recruitment firm with over 30 years of success, has partnered with a respected law firm in New Jersey to find a skilled Family Law Associate Attorney. This is a hybrid position offering the chance to build a rewarding legal career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients on family law matters including divorce, child custody, adoption, and support issues
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and contracts
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis to support legal strategies
Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to manage case flow and client communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and responsiveness
Prepare detailed case files, exhibits, and supporting materials for court
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather case-related information
Stay current with New Jersey family law statutes, regulations, and legal precedents
Maintain organized documentation and ensure deadlines are met
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
2–5 years of experience practicing family law
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
