Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (Required)
✅ 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience (Required)
✅ Experience working on luxury residential projects (a major plus)
✅ Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and high client expectations
✅ Strong understanding of architectural details, high-end finishes, and complex systems
✅ Comfortable coordinating with architects, designers, engineers, and VIP clients
✅ Impeccable communication and discretion
✅ Tech-savvy: proficient with construction management software and systems

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of ground-up luxury home builds (5,000–20,000+ sq ft)
• Manage budgets, schedules, trades, vendors, and inspections
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and luxury-level standards
• Serve as point of contact for architects, interior designers, and discerning clients
• Proactively solve issues and maintain progress on tight timelines
• Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, cleanliness, and confidentiality
• Report to senior leadership with progress, risks, and opportunities
