Project Executive / Sales Project Manager – HVAC (Commercial / Industrial)

This opportunity is with a well-established mechanical contractor in the Milwaukee area that focuses on commercial and industrial HVAC design-build work. They’re growing steadily and looking to add someone who understands both the technical side of projects and the relationship side of the business.

This is not a cold-calling role and not a handoff-only sales job. It’s for someone who likes being involved from early conversations through execution.

What you’d be responsible for
• Building and maintaining relationships with owners, GCs, and partners
• Identifying and developing HVAC design-build opportunities
• Working closely with estimating, engineering, and operations to scope work
• Helping guide projects from pursuit through turnover
• Staying involved enough to make sure what’s sold can be built and built well

Who this fits
• Background in commercial or industrial HVAC
• Experience in project management, sales, estimating, or operations
• Comfortable talking systems, scope, and execution—not just pricing
