What You'll Do

  • Lead recruiting efforts for operations, production, sales, and administrative positions.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee training programs.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Administer benefits, leave programs, and HRIS records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee record management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, distribution, food production, or other operational environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
