A growing home health organization in the Orlando area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to take the lead on clinical operations, staff development, and quality of care.

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on nursing leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and helping an agency continue to grow.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Florida RN license in good standing

• 3+ years of home health experience

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience as a DON, Clinical Manager, ADON, or similar

• Strong understanding of Medicare home health regulations, OASIS, CMS requirements, and survey readiness

• Experience overseeing clinical documentation, case management, QAPI, and patient care standards

• Proven ability to lead, train, recruit, and retain clinical staff

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• BSN preferred
