Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC field experience
- CFC, EPA, and NATE certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean, professional appearance with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with sheet metal and ductwork
- Vocational school degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
- Complete quality HVAC installation jobs on or under budgeted labor hours
- Educate clients on system operation, available programs, and ensure complete satisfaction
- Follow company procedures to improve efficiency in sales and installations
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites, company vehicles, and assigned areas
- Assist warehouse personnel with pulling jobs and parts as needed
- Maintain and utilize required tools and equipment for installations
- Keep all required certifications current and maintain insurability under company policies
- Process and complete all paperwork daily
- Maintain strong safety practices on job sites, in company vehicles, and in the warehouse
