Highlights
The Sales Manager leads and develops the company’s sales organization, with oversight responsibility for inside sales, outside sales,and customer service teams. The position is hands-on and people-focused, combining day-to-day leadership, coaching, and process improvement with strategic support of customer growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities center on managing multiple smaller teams underneath the position, including personal interaction and coaching of the sales group
Will oversee outside sales, inside sales, and customer service teams, with managerial tasks including performance reviews, interviewing, and team building
Travel is very limited and only exists to support outside sales team and build customer relationships.
Sales Management projects for aerospace, DoD, medical and other high visibility communities; that help our customers operate smarter, faster, and safer.
This is ideal for someone that has been the day-to-day hunter but looking for team leadership and will need to learn company offerings inside and out.
