Job Description

The Shreveport-Bossier area and the wider Ark-La-Tex region are seeing a wave of large data center and mission-critical investment, and a respected general contractor is growing its team to deliver it. We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who loves leading complex, high-stakes builds and enjoys mentoring the people around them. If that sounds like you, let's connect.

What You'll Do

  • Lead data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning, turnover and closeout
  • Own the budget, schedule, contracts, change management and monthly forecasting for your projects
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with owners, engineers, architects and trade partners
  • Plan procurement for long-lead equipment such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, transformers and cooling units
  • Work hand in hand with superintendents on safety, quality, phasing and integrated systems testing
  • Mentor and develop project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers

What You Bring

  • Several years of senior-level project management with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)
  • A track record of delivering large, technically complex projects on time and on budget
  • Deep understanding of MEP coordination, commissioning levels and critical power and cooling systems
  • Confident, friendly communication with owners, design teams and field leadership
  • A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

What We Offer

Competitive salary, bonus and benefits, a long runway of mission-critical work in the region, and a leadership role where your experience truly counts.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship is available.
