A community bank in Avon is hiring a Credit Analyst to support its lending team across Eagle County and the central mountains. You'll partner closely with loan officers, and the role offers a clear path into lending or credit leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and cash flow on new loans and renewals
• Assign and update risk ratings on commercial credits
• Prepare clear credit analyses for lenders and committee review
• Assist with month-end, call report, and regulatory reporting
• Track loan covenants, exceptions, and lending policy compliance
• Help newer staff learn the credit process

Qualifications:

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 1+ years of bank credit analysis experience preferred
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork with lenders
• Accurate, curious, and eager to grow into lending
