Commercial Litigation Attorney Opportunity in San Francisco: High-Stakes Business Litigation

Our client, a highly regarded Bay Area litigation firm, is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in San Francisco. The firm represents technology, finance, and growth-stage companies in contract, trade secret, and complex commercial disputes.

This is an in-office role based in San Francisco, so you will collaborate in person every day with a supportive, experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Litigate complex commercial matters in state and federal courts
• Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions
• Prepare witnesses and exhibits for hearings and trial
• Work closely with partners on strategy and client communication

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial or complex civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to work on site in San Francisco
