GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a multi-state commercial general contractor and developer with a growing mission critical group in Kansas City, MO. The company is adding a Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction to its team in Kansas City, MO. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Data center construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-space fit-outs, power and cooling upgrades and phased expansions in live environments
• Drive commissioning and turnover milestones with owners and utility partners
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Data center construction experience is required.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
