Insurance Coverage Attorney Opportunity in Conshohocken: Coverage Litigation and Counseling

Our client, a well-regarded suburban Philadelphia litigation firm, is looking for an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Conshohocken. The team advises insurers on coverage questions and litigates declaratory judgment and bad faith matters in state and federal courts.

This is a hybrid position, giving you a balanced week of in-person time at the Conshohocken office and focused days working from home.

What You'll Do

• Analyze policies and draft coverage opinions
• Litigate declaratory judgment and bad faith actions
• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Advise clients on claim handling and coverage strategy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of insurance coverage or civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive on a hybrid schedule
