The Role
Lead Foreman is the field leader for service and repair work, responsible for:
- Leading and developing Repair Technicians
- Diagnosing complex roofing issues
- Ensuring high-quality, efficient job execution
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers on-site
This is not a "clipboard foreman" role—you'll be hands-on, leading jobs, solving problems, and setting the standard.
What You'll Do
- Lead field operations by supervising Repair Technicians, assigning work, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Diagnose and resolve roofing issues across systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, shingles, flashing), determining root-cause solutions—not temporary fixes
- Own the on-site customer experience, clearly explaining issues, solutions, and recommendations while building trust and repeat business
- Manage job documentation and scope by capturing photos, notes, and measurements, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing and follow-up
- Develop your team by coaching technicians in the field, reinforcing quality standards, and driving accountability
- Maintain operational readiness by ensuring trucks, tools, materials, and job sites are organized, compliant, and safe
What Success Looks Like
- Running jobs independently with minimal oversight
- Crew operates efficiently and safely under your leadership
- High-quality repairs with minimal callbacks
- Strong documentation and communication with the internal team
- Positive customer feedback and repeat service opportunities
What We're Looking For

Skills

- Organized and comfortable with documentation/reporting tools
- Ability to make decisions in the field without constant oversight
