A highly respected and established law firm is looking to add a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to its growing New York team.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney who thrives in litigation and wants to work with a strong team handling sophisticated foreclosure, creditors’ rights, and real estate matters.
What You’ll Do:
Manage contested foreclosure matters from inception through resolution
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery
Handle court appearances, conferences, hearings, and depositions
Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication
Independently manage cases and deadlines
What They’re Looking For:
Active New York Bar license
3-5 years of foreclosure litigation experience strongly preferred
Strong writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Organized, motivated, and able to confidently manage a caseload
