We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Branch Manager to lead a retail banking team, grow relationships, and drive branch success.

• Represent the bank in the community, building trust and expanding reach.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of banking, financial services, or sales leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of bank products and services, with a focus on helping customers succeed.

• Proven leadership skills in coaching, team building, and performance management.

• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on in daily branch operations.
