MIG/TIG Welder – 2nd Shift | Champaign Area, IL

We’re working with a well-established company in the Champaign, Illinois area looking to add experienced MIG/TIG Welders to its 2nd shift team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–12:00 AM

This isn’t just repetitive production welding. We’re looking for skilled welders who can interpret blueprints, fit and fabricate components, and consistently produce quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Read and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Fit and fabricate custom and precision components
• Inspect completed welds and maintain quality standards
• Work with modern welding and fabrication equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to successfully complete a 3G weld test
• Hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience
• Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills
• Ability to fit components accurately
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
