 Project Manager – Commercial/Industrial Construction

Location: Omaha or Lincoln, NE
Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial/industrial construction projects—specifically wastewater treatment, industrial process facilities, or large-scale general construction. You will manage all phases of the project from pre-construction through completion: budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, client communications, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and cash-flow.

  • Lead pre‐construction planning, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, procurement.

  • Oversee field operations, ensuring quality, safety and adherence to plans/specs.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for owner, engineer, General Contractor, subs.

  • Monitor project performance metrics, change orders, and risk mitigation.
    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7+ years commercial/industrial construction experience (preferably wastewater/industrial).

  • Proven track record delivering projects (size range e.g., $10 M-$100 M).

  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, leadership and communication skills.
