Construction Litigation Associate
Location: Richmond County, Virginia
gpac is partnering with a respected regional law firm seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its growing litigation team.
This role offers exposure to complex construction disputes, contract claims, and commercial litigation matters.
Responsibilities
• Represent contractors, developers, and owners in construction disputes
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct discovery and participate in depositions
• Assist with trial preparation and court appearances
• Handle matters involving construction defects, contract disputes, and delay claims
Qualifications
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience with construction litigation preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Virginia bar admission required or ability to waive into the VA bar
