Commercial Real Estate Associate
Location: Richmond County, Virginia
gpac is partnering with a respected regional law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
• Handle commercial leasing transactions
• Assist with financing and development projects
• Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions
• Advise clients on zoning, land use, and development matters
Qualifications
• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong transactional drafting skills
• Virginia bar admission required or ability to waive into the VA bar
