Background:

• Provide business counsel, tax planning, and tax controversy guidance to businesses, nonprofits, and individuals throughout the DC metro area
• Represent individuals and businesses with tax issues before the Internal Revenue Service and various state and local taxing authorities
• Advise clients on all aspects of federal, state, and local tax assessment and collection procedures
• Counsel regarding organizational, governance and capitalization matters
• Draft buy-sell, operating and joint venture agreement and advise on succession planning
