Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on commercial concrete projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in structural concrete, flatwork, formwork, and foundation systems, who can effectively manage crews and ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Supervise daily activities of concrete crews on commercial job sites
Interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide all phases of concrete work
Plan and execute formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality expectations
Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce all OSHA and company safety policies
Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to keep the project on schedule and within budget
Train and mentor crew members to maximize performance and ensure site readiness
5+ years of commercial concrete experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or lead
Strong knowledge of structural concrete, elevated decks, slab-on-grade, tilt-wall, and wall systems
Ability to read and interpret commercial construction documents and layouts
Proven leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of safety standards and quality control practices
Ability to oversee multiple phases of a project while maintaining production and safety
