We're looking for driven, energetic Outside Sales Representatives to join our Miami team. If you’re passionate about sales, customer relationships, and making an impact in the construction industry — this role is for you.
Build and grow a strong book of business through cold calls, networking, and referrals
Hit and exceed sales targets while promoting full line of products - primarily external building materials.
Provide top-tier service to current customers and identify upselling opportunities
Educate customers on our wide range of building products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with trusted vendors and suppliers
Represent yourself with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
2+ years of experience in building materials or construction sales (preferred)
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in-person
Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through
Confident presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
Comfortable with basic math and computer systems (CRM experience is a plus)
Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel locally
