Job Title: Trust & Estate Paralegal
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000

Position Overview The firm is seeking a skilled Trust & Estate Paralegal with 5–8 years of experience to join their growing practice. This role provides the opportunity to take ownership of complex matters, work directly with clients, and contribute as a key member of the estate planning and administration team.
Responsibilities
Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Manage probate and trust administration files from start to finish
Prepare and file probate petitions, accountings, and other court documents
Handle trust and estate accountings, including principal and income accounting concepts
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, trustees, and financial institutions with professionalism and discretion
Support attorneys with calendaring, scheduling, and document management
Bill time accurately in accordance with firm requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree required, or Paralegal Certificate with equivalent experience
5–8 years of experience in estates and trusts law
Strong knowledge of:
Florida estate and trust law
Probate administration processes and procedures
Probate Court rules
Duties and obligations of trustees and personal representatives
Trust and estate accountings, including principal and income accounting concepts
Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation a plus, but not required
