**Audit Manager — Brentwood, TN**
Pay: $115,000 – $145,000 per year
Ready to lead engagements, develop a team, and still have a life outside of busy season? A well-regarded regional CPA firm is adding an Audit Manager to its Nashville-area office in Brentwood, in a supportive culture that genuinely values work-life balance.
What you'll do:
- Lead multiple audit, review and compilation engagements from planning through completion
- Own engagement schedules, budgets, deadlines and deliverables
- Supervise, coach and develop staff and seniors
- Assess internal controls, risk and test work, and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues
- Build lasting client relationships and coordinate the firm's other services for them
What you bring:
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Governmental or nonprofit audit experience a plus
- Experience supervising teams and managing multiple engagements
- Strong communication and client-service skills
