Why this role?

Reporting to the CEO, you'd lead the entire finance function for a growing construction company. The role pays $150,000-$200,000+ with up to a 30% bonus.

What will you own?

• Job cost, WIP, and revenue recognition
• Budgets, cash flow, billing, and AR
• Equipment costing, KPIs, and audits
• Leadership of the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 3+ in management
• A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required), plus a degree in accounting or finance
• Construction accounting background; Viewpoint Vista is a plus

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Relocation from Kirksville to Columbia, MO is required.
