Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects within the mission-critical and data center sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion, with a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, and field teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
- Oversee project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and profitability
- Provide leadership and support to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Experience with mission-critical, hyperscale, data center, semiconductor, or similarly complex electrical projects
- Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and project financials
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-value construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to relocate for project opportunities with company assistance
