A growing Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) construction organization is looking to add an experienced Field Superintendent to support upcoming projects throughout the Southeast.
This individual will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in commercial construction, preferably with CFS/LGS framing, and the ability to lead projects from mobilization through completion.
Oversee daily field operations across active CFS framing projects.
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Manage project schedules, production goals, and installation timelines.
Ensure work meets quality standards, specifications, and building codes.
Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA compliance.
Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and ownership.
Identify field challenges and proactively develop solutions.
Monitor labor productivity and project progress.
3+ years of Superintendent or Field Leadership experience in commercial construction.
CFS/LGS framing experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing field crews and subcontractors.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel throughout the Southeastern United States as project demands require.
