A well-regarded Manchester firm needs a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to guide deals from first draft to closing, and they’re hiring ASAP.

What you’ll do:

• Represent clients in commercial sales, acquisitions, financing, and leasing
• Handle land use and real estate development matters
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
• Prepare real estate holding company documentation
• Review title documents and survey plans
• Manage closings
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and development issues

What you bring:

• Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
• Experience in commercial real estate transactions and land use
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
