Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney Opportunity in Hialeah: Medical Malpractice Defense with Balance

Our client, a well-regarded Miami-Dade health care defense firm, is looking for a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Hialeah. The firm defends physicians, hospitals, and health care providers in professional liability claims throughout South Florida.

This is a hybrid position, giving you a balanced week of in-person time at the Hialeah office and focused days working from home.

What You'll Do

• Defend health care providers from presuit investigation through trial
• Draft motions, discovery, and case evaluations
• Take and defend depositions of parties and medical experts
• Work closely with expert witnesses and claims professionals
• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of medical malpractice defense or civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive on a hybrid schedule
