Project Manager / Superintendent (High-End Custom Homes)
An award-winning, high-end residential builder is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee the full lifecycle of luxury custom home builds. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering uncompromising quality in one-of-a-kind homes.
Manage and oversee all phases of high-end custom home construction, from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house labor
Maintain project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Lead jobsite operations, including scheduling, inspections, and daily reporting
Communicate directly with clients, architects, and designers to manage expectations and updates
Proactively identify and solve issues in the field to keep projects on track
Enforce safety protocols and ensure jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
5+ years of experience managing or supervising custom home projects (from foundation to finish)
Deep knowledge of luxury homebuilding, fine finishes, and residential construction best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and schedules effectively
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
