Project Manager / Superintendent (High-End Custom Homes)

An award-winning, high-end residential builder is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee the full lifecycle of luxury custom home builds. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering uncompromising quality in one-of-a-kind homes.


๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all phases of high-end custom home construction, from start to finish

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house labor

  • Maintain project budgets, timelines, and quality standards

  • Lead jobsite operations, including scheduling, inspections, and daily reporting

  • Communicate directly with clients, architects, and designers to manage expectations and updates

  • Proactively identify and solve issues in the field to keep projects on track

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure jobsite cleanliness and professionalism


โœ… Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing or supervising custom home projects (from foundation to finish)

  • Deep knowledge of luxury homebuilding, fine finishes, and residential construction best practices

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach

  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and schedules effectively

  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
