Mid-Level Trust & Estates Attorney | Premier Boise Firm (In-Office)
Position: Trust & Estates Associate (4–7 Years)
Location: Boise, ID

I am currently representing one of Boise’s most prestigious full-service law firms in their search for a Mid-Level Trust & Estates Attorney. This firm is known for its sophisticated client base, including some of Idaho’s most influential families and business owners.
If you are looking for a platform that offers high-level work—typically reserved for much larger markets—within the lifestyle and community of the Treasure Valley, this is the move for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Estate Planning: Designing and drafting complex estate plans, with a heavy focus on multi-generational wealth transfer and tax mitigation.
Specialized Trusts: Structuring advanced vehicles such as ILITs, CRTs, and Dynasty Trusts.
Business Succession: Partnering with the firm’s corporate department to advise on family business transitions and governance.
Administration: Overseeing high-value probate and trust administration cases from inception to distribution.
Who You Are
Experience: You have 4 to 7 years of dedicated Trust & Estates practice. You can walk into a room and confidently advise a client on $10M+ estates.
The "Boise Fit": You are looking for a permanent home in the Boise market. Whether you are local or relocating, you value the collaborative, face-to-face nature of an in-office culture.
Credentials: J.D. required. License in Idaho and in good standing.
Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable with Idaho-specific probate laws and have a track record of meticulous drafting.
Compensation & Market Data
Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (Based on experience).
Bonus: Transparent, billable-hour-based bonus structure + discretionary year-end performance bonus.
