We're looking for a CNC Stone Fabrication Operator to join our expert team in crafting premium countertops and custom stone surfaces from granite, marble, quartz, and other solid materials. If you take pride in precision, love working with your hands, and have an eye for detail, this role offers the chance to be part of high-end projects that blend craftsmanship and technology.
What You'll Do:
Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish countertops, vanities, and custom stone components with pinpoint accuracy.
Read and interpret CAD files, blueprints, and shop drawings to produce flawless stone pieces.
Inspect materials and finished products for precision, quality, and consistency.
Perform routine machine maintenance, tool swaps, and troubleshoot technical issues to keep operations running smoothly.
Collaborate with design, templating, and installation teams to ensure every project meets client expectations and design intent.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety standards.
What You Bring:
2+ years of CNC machining experience, ideally in stone, quartz, or solid surface fabrication.
Comfort working from digital files and experience with CAD/CAM software such as AlphaCAM, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
A solid understanding of natural and engineered stone materials and fabrication best practices.
Physical ability to handle heavy materials, stand for long periods, and thrive in a shop setting.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Bonus if you’ve got experience with hand-finishing techniques like polishing or edging.
