The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and Superintendent on multifamily ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. The ideal candidate has prior experience assisting on multifamily, commercial, or residential developments and is ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overall project coordination from start to finish

  • Help manage project schedules, submittals, RFIs, and document control

  • Coordinate subcontractor and vendor communications

  • Participate in weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings

  • Track and process change orders and purchase orders

  • Support the field team with daily reports, inspections, and closeout documentation

  • Maintain current knowledge of project drawings, specs, and scope

  • Use project management software for document tracking and updates


βœ… Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction project management or field support

  • Experience on multifamily or commercial ground-up projects strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)

  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
