Litigation Paralegal – Premier Full-Service Law Firm (Idaho Falls)

A highly respected, regional full-service law firm is seeking an experienced, full-time Litigation Paralegal to join its thriving office in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This firm is recognized for its sophisticated litigation practice and offers a professional, collaborative environment where support staff are viewed as integral members of the legal team.

The Role

This is a fast-paced litigation role requiring an individual who can manage cases through their entire lifecycle, from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Organize and manage voluminous case files, document productions, and trial exhibits.

  • Trial Preparation: Assist attorneys with preparing motions, briefs, and trial notebooks, as well as managing logistics for depositions, hearings, and trials.

  • Discovery Support: Coordinate the collection, review, and production of discovery materials.

  • Collaboration: Maintain professional, seamless communication with attorneys, clients, expert witnesses, and court personnel.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree OR a graduate certificate from an approved paralegal program.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience working specifically as a litigation paralegal.

  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and modern litigation support/e-discovery software.

  • Key Traits: Exceptional organizational habits, acute attention to detail, and the proven ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines effectively under pressure.
