 Branch Manager

A well-established restoration company experiencing rapid growth is seeking a Mitigation Manager to lead and develop a new location. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced restoration professional ready to take ownership and help build a team from the ground up.

The company is highly regarded for its people-first culture, stability, and growth opportunities. This role is open due to an internal transition, with the current person in the role being promoted into estimating.


πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute all aspects of mitigation and contents restoration

  • Lead field operations until a team is built—hands-on work is expected initially

  • Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors, insurance adjusters, and customers

  • Build and maintain strong client and adjuster relationships

  • Accurately document and estimate using Xactimate (Symbility a plus)

  • Manage on-call responsibilities: one night a week for crew support + rotating weekends


βœ… Requirements

  • 3+ years of mitigation restoration experience (contents experience highly preferred)

  • Strong hands-on technical knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation

  • IICRC certification required (even if expired)

  • Experience leading teams or a desire to grow into a leadership role

  • Proficiency with Xactimate; Symbility experience is a bonus

  • Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • On-call support one night per week & rotating weekends (phone availability)
