Insurance Defense Attorney – Hybrid Opportunity

Our growing law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience to join our collaborative and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for an  insurance defense attorney looking for long-term growth, strong mentorship, and a clear path for advancement within a respected firm. We specialize in complex insurance defense matters across a variety of practice areas including construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, construction defect, premises liability, and insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
• Manage litigation files independently
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and courts
• Develop case strategy and provide thorough case evaluations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma state bar
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Experience handling depositions and court appearances preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally
