What you'll do:
- Support the PM on federal and public projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own submittals, RFIs, change orders and meeting minutes
- Help with buyout, subcontracts, pay apps and procurement
- Track schedule, budget and cost
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners and inspectors
- Keep jobs safe, on spec and on schedule
What you bring:
- 2+ years on federal or public works construction projects
- Comfort with plans, specs and project documentation
- Procore or similar project management software
- A construction management, engineering or related degree is a plus
- Chicago-area based
