BANK Fraud Specialist
Do you thrive on protecting customers, preventing financial exploitation, and outsmarting fraud? We’re looking for a detail-driven Fraud Prevention Specialist/Analyst to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and analyze customer account activity to detect fraud using real-time tools and manual reviews.
Investigate and resolve suspected fraud cases, ensuring rapid, accurate resolution.
File and manage claims with Adult Protective Services (APS) or other agencies to safeguard vulnerable populations, including the elderly.
Perform fraud detection model validations and partner with technology teams to optimize performance.
Collaborate across departments to identify risk, recommend preventive measures, and improve processes.
Prepare reports and recommendations to strengthen fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, or financial crime investigation experience (banking/financial services required).
Familiarity with fraud detection tools, reporting systems, and investigative methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly under pressure.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Experience working with external agencies such as APS is a plus.
