• Oversee all aspects of client engagements.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling.
• Lead and mentor staff and support professional development.
• Participate in firm management and administrative responsibilities.
• Contribute to business development and marketing efforts.
• Manage client billing, budgets, and realization.
• Participate in community and volunteer opportunities.
