Job Description

A busy and well-established family law practice is seeking a skilled Family Law Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join their growing team. This is an in-office position based in either Boca Raton or Fort Lauderdale, offering the opportunity to work on high-net-worth (HNW) matters that go beyond standard divorce cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in complex family law cases, including HNW matters (asset division, trusts, business interests, etc.)
• Draft, review, and file legal documents and pleadings
• Manage case files, discovery, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Maintain organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of family law paralegal experience required
• Experience with high-net-worth cases strongly preferred
• Strong tenure history (not seeking frequent job changes)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and be a true team player
• Comfortable in a busy, in-office setting
