Customer Service Representative

📍 Onsite | 🏭 Full-Time

Overview We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers—providing support, processing orders, and ensuring a great experience. The ideal candidate has strong account management skills and experience using software to manage customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle correspondence, reports, and files with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Enter and update customer orders in the system.

  • Process information, maintain records, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Provide quotes, confirm delivery/shipping details, and coordinate with operations.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Perform related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Background in account management.

  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
