Job Description

Our client, a growing, multi-discipline engineering and consulting firm with offices across the Midwest, is seeking a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to deliver site and infrastructure projects for public and private clients in Southeast Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:

• Manage civil projects from proposal and design through construction
• Design site grading, stormwater management, and utility systems
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permit submittals
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal design teams
• Track project budgets and schedules and guide junior staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license preferred (EIT with strong experience considered)
• 5+ years of civil engineering consulting experience
• Project management experience or readiness to step into a PM role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
