E-Billing Coordinator
📍 Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
💲 $60K+ Base + Bonuses

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a Big Law environment? A top law firm is seeking an E-Billing Coordinator to join their team. You’ll manage electronic billing, ensure compliance, and keep processes running smoothly while working closely with attorneys and clients.
What You’ll Do
Set up and maintain client/matter info in 3E, eBillingHub, and vendor sites
Process and track electronic invoices (e-bills) to ensure timely payment
Review and enforce Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs)
Resolve errors, denials, and short-pays; handle appeals when needed
Provide weekly reports on invoices outstanding 60+ days
Spot trends in rejections and recommend process improvements
Experience handling e-billing in a Big Law firm
2+ years of e-billing experience required
Knowledge of Elite 3E highly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
