The Opportunity: Personal Injury Attorney

Location: New Mexico (Must be barred in NM)

Compensation: $110,000 – $180,000 (DOE) + Comprehensive Benefits

The Role

You will be the primary advocate for individuals facing life-altering injuries. From initial investigation to final settlement, you’ll manage a diverse caseload involving auto accidents, trucking litigation, and premises liability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategy & Litigation: Driving the investigation of accident scenes and medical evidence to build an airtight case.

  • Negotiation: Leveraging your expertise to secure maximum compensation against sophisticated opposing counsel and insurance adjusters.

  • Drafting: Crafting high-level complaints, motions, and settlement agreements that hold up under scrutiny.

  • Client Advocacy: Acting as the steady hand for clients navigating the most stressful periods of their lives.

What You Bring to the Table

The firm is looking for a leader who is both empathetic to clients and aggressive in pursuit of justice.

  • Experience: At least 3+ years of dedicated Personal Injury experience.

  • Credentials: A JD from an accredited school and an active New Mexico license.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with insurance coverage nuances and evolving legal precedents.

  • Track Record: You should have a documented history of successful case resolutions and high-value settlements.
